Penelope Bernal is an LA-based Latina artist, Anthropologist, and recent graduate of Bard College. She co-edits an art and literary journal, Wind-up Mice, and has published the work of countless people of color. She is a Artivist at Self Help Graphics Inc., where she has been able to develop and facilitate free Photography Pop-Ups throughout East Los Angeles and is currently creating an online archive. Inherently playful, passionate, and artistic, this website is a tiny glimpse into Penelope's world.
